Life After invites you to share your personal experiences with grief and loss, whether it's a major life event or a quiet, everyday moment. You can choose to share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with, and you can remain anonymous or use your real name—it’s entirely up to you. We’ll then post your story on the website, allowing others to find comfort in knowing they are not alone.

About Theo

Theo lost his dad to cancer when he was eight and his brother to the same illness ten years later. He created Life After as a resource for grieving young adults.

“It's about creating a space where loss isn’t something to be avoided but openly shared and acknowledged. We aim to remind everyone that it's okay to talk about grief, and that in doing so, we can find warmth and connection.”
